"Magnifique! Pourquoi? Parce que par pure chance, tenant compte qu’il s’agit d’un choix du dernier moment, on s’est trouvé dans un endroit idéal pour nous. C’est vrai, on aime bien la nature, le calme et on ne cherche pas le luxe d’un hôtel 5*. On a trouvé tout ce qu’il fallait pour préparer nos repas. Un petit bémol pour le frigo, trop petit. What let us down was poor communication on facilities of the site , the fact that campsite on which chalet is has changed names( so difficult to locate) and specifically that reception at site was not aware of our booking. Thankfully we arrived shortly before they closed for the day and we were able to demonstrate we had been in email exchange with owner.worrying what would have happened if we had arrived later!"

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Montjustin. Gisele is the perfect host - friendly and welcoming, available if needed. Nature is very much on the doorstep - animals, birds, insects and flowers, surrounded by lovely countryside, which was easy to explore from the house. Great views from the swimming pool. Thank you for the eggs :-) We were sad to say goodbye to Februs the dog!"

"Ein sehr stilvoll und mit allem Komfort umgebautes altes Dorfhaus, in dem man auf mehrere Etagen verteilt alles vorfindet, was man zum Urlaubmachen braucht. Besonders schön die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Umland, auf der man in lauen Sommernächten draußen sitzen kann. Ein paar Meter weiter findet man einen kleinen Supermarkt (wo es täglich frisches Baguette gibt) sowie ganz neu ein sympathisches Restaurant."

"This house in the centre of Les Salles-sur-Verdon is comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. The garden offers many places to sit and enjoy. Communication with the owners was very easy and quick. The location is great, just a couple of minutes walk to shops and restaurants and <10 minutes to the lake which is great for swimming and a variety of water sports."

"The property was very private with kind and helpful neighbors. It is cozy but has super windows which give a more open feel. It is located in a pedestrian area so be aware of large luggage. The sleeping quarters are with low ceiling but as I am well over 6 feet tall you get used to that and regardless spend most of the time outdoors in this incredible village.
