My room was spacious and beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings and stunning views of the property. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. There was a beautiful outdoor pool, a well-equipped fitness center, and a amazing spa offering a variety of relaxing treatments. The service was impeccable, the staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. Overall, my experience at the Le Couvent des Minimes was exceptional. "

"The breakfast was very good. Close to town and to Gorge Verdon. Beautiful views. No place to sit in the lobby to have a glass of red wine. Only white wine allowed."

"This hotel setting reminded us of a Poirot setting. It was elegant, peaceful and the staff were very nice. We only stayed one night and did not get to enjoy dinner but the restaurant looked quite beautiful. Breakfast was quite a spread with the most delicious options. This hotel is about 35 minutes to Gorges du Verdon and a few more minutes to Moustiers-Sainte-Marie which are both a must see!"
