Park Plaza Arena Verudela - perfect stay 💕

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and were surprised how spacious this was, the beds were so comfy, the apartment is lovely and modern. I didn’t realise how big this complex was, lots of small beaches to explore, on our last night we went along the coast past Hawaii beach to watch the sunset and was so glad we did as the dolphins made an appearance. Take a bus to visit Pula Arena (3a) as this is such a pretty place to see, also take a bus from Pula bus station to visit Rovinj and go to the church to climb the bell tower for spectacular views, lots of restaurants and shops to explore. We shall definitely come back one day but would like to see more places in Croatia first. As a last note: both pools are salt water so children will need goggles.

The resort was well kept, clean and tidy. The apartment was comfortable with a great view. Restaurant options were good. The location was great, being only 15 minutes by bus from the centre of Pula. We liked the fact there were no cars around the apartments and it was safe to walk. We also liked that there were so many trees. All the staff we came across were polite and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Property was new and very clean with a great view of the sea and nearby beach. This is a vast complex which is best described as having a large hotel complex and apartments on a camp site. As per most reviews the parking is limited and therefore difficult and like any other camp site pedestrians share the road with the cars which can be a little dangerous and caution is advised. The lighting at nite for pedestrians is very poor especially the roads within the camp. Park Plaza chain really should look at that and make some improvements

Very satisfied with our stay. The property is very big, this being said the walk from the reception to our apartment was quite the walk. The beach was beautiful and the restaurants are delicious.

We loved our 4 night stay in one of the beach front apartments. While the apartment was on the smaller side, it had everything we needed for a family of 3 to relax near the beach. We were a 10 minute walk from reception, the pool, and the main Verudela Ave, but we were very close (1-3 minute walk to some of the best beaches!) the property is large, but getting around was easy. The staff was so helpful in driving us and our luggage from reception to our apartment upon arrival, and even provided an early morning pick up when we checked out. We loved the kids activities, especially the evening performances and dance parties. The grocery store on site was amazing for grabbing quick snacks for the beach, as well as staples to cook at the apartment. A little more square footage in the apartment would be nice (we booked a premium 1 bedroom (2+2) and it was a tight fit for a family of three, but overall we loved our stay.

Lovely apartment

We got the apartment at a very reasonable price so we were surprised at just how nice it was. Fresh towels every day, Netflix, large fridge, modern furnishings, rain shower, A/C, buggy to drop off and collect our luggage. We could see the sea from our balcony. A really lovely apartment in a great location with three beaches within a few minutes walk. The staff are lovely and very helpful, they all speak very good English too. We had a great time there thank you.

Nice appartments, very well located near the beach and rocks. Big enough, practical kitchen. A few improvements possible: better show and explain (already at booking) what is included or not as the area is big. Swimming pool was allowed in 1 hotel not the other, lawn close to the room was forbidden etc. Second why don’t you just take a credit card as warranty as all other hotels? This opening of credit (and forgetting to explain it at check in) is old fashioned and obliged to go back to reception from the beach. Finally with the dish washing soap, a few cooking basics would be great (small oil, salt, pepper) because it’s difficult to use the kitchen and buying all this for a few days is not pratical.

Vi fick aldrig upplevelsen av att hotellet var så utspritt och stort. Vi bodde i fin lägenhet med havsutsikt och nära havsbad, men avstånd till pool minst 500 m vilket inte riktigt vi förstod när vi bokade.
