"For the price of the room i think it was an excellent place to stay. The breakfast buffet was awesome, the staff and security was super friendly. The room itself had cold AC hot water and clean linens. You can pick it apart if you are that type but being from the US for what i paid i was extremely satisfied with the establishmnet. The area around the hotel might not be great for walking at night for some people, i would say it seems safe to me but im 6,1 man. I dont think a yone would bother you...

The swimming pool, hot tub, cold plunge, steam room and sauna were so amazing to spend a couple hours relaxing. Meals were delicious. "I arrived CGK airport in middle night. Hotel shuttle driver came to pick me up. He sent someone to find me, that was very nice. At this hour, I didn't dare to get into any random car service. All the official car service stopped. You need prearrange the pick up and install whatsup app to keep contact with everyone. Hotel is new, clean. Staff were very nice. Breakfast has a lot of choice. "Excellent staff friendly and helpful. Very clean property, pretty and comfortable room. Good breakfast. I don’t give a five stars to property only because the pool water need more maintenance (maybe chlorine) and because the kitchen is open beside the restaurant and the food odour is strong and stay in your clothes. But I have to say that I reported that and the staff/management took their best action immediately. DEFINITELY I WILL COME BACK. Great value for your money."
