"Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great for us too, being quite central. But the hotel itself, and facilities were fairly poor in comparison to other places we've stayed in, in Indonesia. Room keycard was broken and needed changing. Cramped shower/toilet with no soap or showergel/shampoo. No dining facilities. No choice offered as to what we got for breakfast, or when it was delivered to our room. Room wasn't particularly clean either."
