"The Studio was well-equipped although a tight fit in places like the kitchen and toilet. The lounge, TV viewing area and bed were good although we did not use the TV. There were plenty of books and games to use during the stay. The conservatory area was very good with lovely picture windows offering views over the neighbouring farmer's field which offered a variety of wildlife, including Muntjac deer, golden pheasant, rabbits and a multitude of smaller birds Parking was on the street right...

"Although the write up states the pool is 5 minutes drive away the photos indicate there is a pool on the premises. The photos show an empty pool but I would imagine it to be busy as it is in a sports centre. If you have children the times they can swim are very limited so we didn’t bother to use the pool. We hired a hot tub from the venue, they use Norfolk Spas and Leisure. The hot tub was filthy, I have photos. The delivery of the hot tub was made late because of a glitch with the Reply To Host...

"The property is as described small but perfect for 4 people. Although it is in the middle of farm land it is reassuring to know there are neighbours in the main house. Was very impressed with all the little thoughtful touches eg the welcome sign and tea / coffee / biscuits basket, the cooking oil and salt amd people , thr cute little make up clothes and the auto lights on stairs and by loo. We stayed 4 nights and were exploring Suffolk but could have easily had a day or 3 just sitting sipping...

"Absolutely brilliant location opposite Hotel Wroxham. However, property lacked suitable outdoor furniture as it comprised only four metal chairs and a metal table. No umbrella,which was vital for the week in question. Property was reasonably kitted out but we were fed up with banging our head on the numerous low ceilings. Notwithstanding the above, we had an enjoyable week."

"We were a little disappointed as we weren’t overlooking river which we obviously misread. The beds were excellent and we enjoyed the quietness of the place. Our dog loved the garden. " What a fabulous house! Perfect location in Wroxham right on the Broads. The view from the back is stunning and peaceful. Boys fished morning, noon and night and caught perch, bream and roach. "Love stay as usual. Want happy about the bar area. One of the female members of staff was very rude to my wife we she wasn’t with me. The night ended it tears. It was completely uncalled for. Toilet in the room had mild around the rim made me feel a bit sick while in the bath trying to relax. Nice cub. Let down by the staff at the bar as and we’re only in there for 5 minutes getting a jug of water and ice as the room was rather warm"
