"This home was so charming, clean, and perfectly located for walking around town. I loved that we were on a quaint alley away from the nightlife but close to all the sites. And the owners spent a long while helping us pick where to go. Really wonderful people. Wish they were my grandparents lol so I could visit their cute home. My only regret is only staying one night."

"This was a different kind of stay for us. Room is tiny and you sleep on a heated floor. My husband has a bad back so I asked for padding. The manager not only gave me padding but sat with us to explain the rules of the hotel and went over a map of the village and where to go sightseeing, food and drinks. "We loved the stay. It is a hanok, which means we slept on a futon, but I would not want it any different. The staff let us check in early and stored our luggage until it was time to leave. We received a letter translated to English on our arrival as they did not speak a lot of English. Their understanding of English was better than my understanding of Korean. Prior to our arrival, they also sent us detailed instructions for us to give the taxi driver. I hope to go back some day."

"The area’s really great - Jeonju Hanok Village is a big tourist attraction and well worth it. This place on the other hand not so much. Customer service was outrageously rude and inconsiderate.
