"This cute hotel is a 1-minute walk to the beach! It is a little outside of central Follonica, but totally walkable. We are a family of three and we walked to town every night for dinner and gelato. We also walked to and from the train-station with heavy backpacks. They do have bikes to rent at the hotel, and Follonica provide small trains after 17:30 that take you to and from town until midnight. Very clean and great buffet breakfast! Would highly recommend! "

"Checked in early, they were kind enough to hold our luggage but we couldnt get the room because it was 10am. The route to get to the hotel was tough, too many curbs and single car roads the parking was complicated and seemed sus. Upon getting to our room, our luggage was there waiting in the room, but the hotel and room seemed like a prison. The hotel was outdated and didnt feel comfortable. They were nice enough to put a crib inside the room without us asking for our baby."

"Staff was really helpful. We had booked a car to saturnia but it did not come. He actually went outside and found a taxi for us. The breakfast staff was also very pleasant. Perfect spot to stop over before heading to the waterfall in saturnia "

"I stayed in a double bedroom for 3 nights and absolutely loved the place! Has the most amazing views all around, the rooms are very cleaned and comfortable and the pool is great! If I have the chance to come back to isola d’Elba I will definitely stay here again."

"One night’s stay at Fattoria for me, my husband and our 17 year old. The hotel is geared up for a family who love their activities - a full timetable of events, football, tennis, a mini farm and 3 pools. The main pool area was lovely, with a well-stocked pool bar. One thing worth noting, as is sometime the Italian way, this hotel has swimming caps as compulsory. My 17 yr old was not impressed. I think this should be made clear on the website as he did not go in the pool as a result!! (I bought a cap for 4 euros and had a great swim!). We ate in the pizzeria on site (about 15 mins walk - it’s a large site!) We ate outside and could see the outdoor grill/chef busy at work. Good value and great service. Hotel bar had a good atmosphere so we had a drink before bed. Breakfast was served buffet-style in a large room. All very nice. Bedroom was abit dated but OK, we all slept well. Lots of parking spaces. We visited Castiglione della Pescaia but it was very busy and hot. Looked lovely but we didn’t stay long. All in all, lots on offer if you want it. Good hotel in a great spot. "
