* Located just 10 minutes from Punta del Este (the highest ranked vacation place in South America), this roomy air-conditioned villa features a garden with a year-round outdoor pool and nice barbeque area. The property is just a mile from the closest beach, and within walking distance to Laguna del Sauce, a beautiful lake.
* There is a spaceous living area, dining area and a kitchen complete with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. There is a security alarm system free of charge. A nice woodstove to watch a fire.
* A giant flat-screen TV with satellite channels is featured, along with free wi-fi. There is a private bathroom with double sinks for the master bedroom and separate second bathroom with tub and clothes washer/dryer.
* The Punta Shopping Mall is just 9 miles away. A number of activities are available in the area, such as golf, tennis, hiking, and of course, the beaches!
* The nearest airport is Capitán de Corbeta Carlos A. Curbelo International Airport, 2.5 miles from Villa Tranquilidad, and the Montevideo Carrasco International Airport is about an hour away.
* This Villa is within walking distance to championship golf course and five star hotel/restaurant/spa (Hotel Del Lago on the shores of Laguna Del Sauce). Spa packages available for a small fee, including hot tub, sauna, tennis, exercise room. Excellent dining in hotel overlooking beautiful lake, and an art museum available to tour in the hotel.
