Overall the hotel was wonderful and we would definitely return. Traveling as two women we felt very safe in this hotel, especially with the armed guards manning the property each night. Rafael was very attentive to our needs and really cares about making your experience wonderful. The rooms are very spacious and clean! Being able to grab a cheap uber to downtown was super easy and we felt safe. Thank you for a wonderful trip! Ps. The welcome drink is so fresh and delicious!

This is a beautiful property. For adults only . Beautiful appointed rooms with full kitchen. Although utensils and cookware in the rooms is very limited. But ask and you will receive 👍 There is only one restaurant on the property. The chef inspired dishes are delicious. I will certainly return if and when the opportunity arises.

Upon arrival the property nice however it is heavily under construction. At the front desk we love Rafael. He’s very welcoming and friendly as well as Stacy who helped my boyfriend decorate the room with roses and a sweet note. The pool area is nice but the pool needed cleaning. On the second floor there is a small restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a Fee. Again the property is under construction so the menu is very small. Eddie was at the bar and we loved him, very friendly and welcoming with information about Dominican Republic. The room is the best part of the hotel. The room is gorgeous and spacious. The room is very clean and comfortable. The house cleaning is everyday which we loved! The room looks just how the pictures look. The property is walking distant from local restaurants and supermarkets. I loved how close everything is to the property especially the airport. The property felt safe. There is security in the night and 24/7 front desk. Can’t wait to see how the property will be after construction!!

The room is clean and spacious. The food is very good. The menu has limited choices. The restaurant has only outdoor dining. It is a big problem for the mosquitoes at night.

The hotel was great! The staff was friendly and the condition of the rooms were perfect. But trying to find the entrance to get to the hotel was a challenge! If you’re planning on staying here study google maps before hand. You’ll give yourself a fighting chance of finding the entrance

I love how close this property is to downtown, you can walk or take a quick uber. It’s the perfect spot to be if you want to explore Punta Cana. The staff made me feel very comfortable as a solo tracker and they helped me figure out where to go and how to get there. The hospitality was 10/10 and I would come back here without a doubt! There is development (new buildings and properties being built) happening around the property but honestly it didn’t bother me with all the other beautiful views. Coco Bongo is near by so the music was loud late at night, but that never took away from the quality of my stay.

The hotel is very nice and the room is big and beautiful. The location was a bit tricky. Downtown is walking distance but not really safe to go walking, major and busy intersections to cross.

This property has a central location and in close proximity to downtown punta cana and the airport. The property itself is very new and therefore in really good condition. There is a large centralized pool with bar service. I have no complaints with staying there or the service provided. In fact, i stayed multiple nights and i will return.
