Resort was great! Lots of pool options for families with little kids! Clean, well kept property. Lush vegetation/trees. Had a crib available for our room and was provided a carton of milk nightly. Only complaint would be that the mini fridge in our room didn’t stay any cooler than room temperature. Addressed this with front desk and nothing was done.

Wow! This hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff was phenomenal, so friendly and always anticipating our needs. Room service and number of dining options was better than we could have ever expected. Our room was always serviced and everything about this resort was clean and polished. Our children loved the water park. The one area of improvement would be that the water slides kept going out of service and it seemed like it could have been an easy fix or pump? Loved the options for food and drinks nearby! Did not receive any of the benefits of Expedia VIP member as stated in the reservation, but again, the hotel far exceeded our expectations! You will love it here!!!!

It's ok honestly mixed feelings..for example at the pool during the foam party some people smoking cigar IN THE POOL. as soon as I saw parts of it falling into the pool I got grossed out and never went back in.. On other hand most of the staff are great and hospitable. A few looked like they hated their job. Housekeeping seemed very nice. The food at the restaurant was lackluster to me I went to the Italian restaurant near the front lobby and the food tasted and felt and looked like microwave food for ex the ravioli and breaded Chicken. But once again the staff there are the restaurant were super nice. I wouldn't go back but I may recommend it ..

Food wasn’t very good especially at the American restaurant. My wife, kids and all got sick and we never left the property. Had to wait almost an hour to check in upon arrival to the hotel and there was on two in front of us in line. Pool cleaning is lacking as the water was often foggy. Con artist tour operators surround the hotel on the beach looking to take your money. Its nearly impossible to get a beach chair or pool chair as people drop towels to claim their spot but never return. We booked a king with a sofa bed but little did we know the sofa’s don’t fold out so three of were forced to sleep in the king. Very disappointed given how much we spent. Suggest Bahamas, Turks, USVI or Aruba for a better experience.
