On the reservation options, you could not choose an accesible room for wheelchair users, but they said you could send a message to get it. We placed the reservations and send the message on October 10th. We arrive to the hotel on january 17th and the room we got was not accesible. There was a step on the building to get to the rooms (no ramps available) On the room, the shower has another step and the door was to tight for the wheelchair On the bathroom sink, there were cabinets, so impossible to get close to the sink. On the hotel, all the walking places were flagstone, so really difficult to go around. Not really recommended for wheelchair users.

First time there, and I have to say that it was a very nice experience. The waiters that we got turned out to be very nice and attentive. Like every place you run into rude and bad waiters so we would request the ones that would treat us good and of course we always left a good tip, no matter the service.

Atmosphere was beautiful, the hospitably was poor with our concierge she was never around to let us know more about the resort. Our last reservation was incorrect never got to eat at our last restaurant before leaving to go home. The only good thing was the bartenders, the host at the restaurants we went to, and the bell hop boys. The front desk mangers was very helpful.

When booking with Expedia, we felt that we were not given the same service as those that booked with the resort. We were brought to another counter on the opposite side of the lobby, and it took quite a while to check in. We ended up having to switch rooms as the first room was not what we expected described on the website when booking. It was difficult to book reservations to restaurants, until we ‘tipped’ the staff. Unfortunately, my mother in law got sick the last 2 days of our trip- she ended up getting salmonella, requiring treatment. Overall, we did enjoy most of our trip, but there definitely is room for improvement.

I expected much more from a Melia. I stayed for 14 days and my experience was not good, especially at the beginning where my room presented leak. It took them 5 days to change me to another room which also had problems (air conditioning was not working properly, broken bed). Then, I gave up complaining. Dinner reservation is just a mess as well. I would not recommend this hotel.

I had a friend pick me up and had more the. 30 min waiting and I had more the 3 big suit case and there chooses was to get me a mini cart me and my family to throw me too the entrance I was very angry I had my daughter my wife and my wife mother and the benifet there will tell you that it is expired and if they give you a credit just know you have to wast more so you could use it I stayed here 4 days and it was wast of my money

Amazing staff and amazing buffet. Staff Odalys really made my check in process smooth and fixed any issues I had also Kilvania the concierge made the reservations at the statehouse and made any issues we had with reservations and Cabana reservations easy and she’s definitely an asset to the hotel.

Spent most of our time at the pools, nights were spent at the lobby and casino. Music and dancing was a good time. Didn’t appreciate having to buy what I guess is considered high end alcohol at an all inclusive resort. Big turnoff for this inconvenience and up charge. Top corner of sheet came off the bed, surprised to find a filthy mattress. Found on second to last day. Food was ok and kept me alive. All and all a very busy and large resort with a lot of staff and things to constantly take care of. Lots of family’s and kids near you he beach with a quieter pool near the lobby. Good time’s were had by all… would I go back? Maybe… won’t be my first choice. Peace to all…

We enjoyed our stay though we hardly saw our concierge during our stay. While he replied to texts I couldn't have picked him out of a lineup as I never saw him after he took us to our room on day 1. The food was good, the other staff were friendly and accommodating although it is impossible to get anyone at a restaurant to show you a menu. If you ask for a menu they tell you to use the app which was giving me issues. Kind of a rude way to reply when you're standing at a restaurant and you KNOW they have menus they could hand you. The property is very pretty and I would have to say our best dining experience was Cafe Nao. Really wonderful.

This was our third visit to the Meliá (Level). Very satisfied in general . Some improvements could be made. We were disappointed with the inflatable floating kids park , right in front of the Level beach. It’s quite an eyesore. It was hard to find chairs on the beach because of people that are not level customers but are using the beach reserved for it. Our favorite restaurant was the Riviera, the service is great. Awesome staff. Rooms are getting a little old in the section we were ( building 34).
