The service was excellent, very clean and the people around very friendly. The nighy shows could be better, but at least it has something for night entertainment. Riu Party was awesome

over all a very good trip, getting there was easy , i had pre booked and paid a taxi to and from the resort, they way there was good but driver did not show on the way back i had to pay anothe 50 us to get a cab, the resort said its always a scam threw expedia , the resort was nice , bedding smelled musty every day and was changed everyday, i flew flair airlines and on the way back after 30 min being late they loaded us and sat there 2 hours plus before leaving , this is because if they dont there is a 60 dollar fee returned to you , but they dont have to pay if your loaded..one this was getting drinks was slow, and there is lots and lots of kids on ths resort..over all , i wont fly flair no more, or pre book a ride , or go to this resort with the amount of kids.( and yes i know its a family resort but there was lots ! )

The staff was very nice but the room I was in was not clean, the linen smelled like mildew, the room was very outdated, and the ceiling looked like it was about to cave in. The sockets worked when they wanted to, the power went out. The housekeepers were sweeping the dirt into the grass instead of picking it up. We didn’t even say there we were off the resort the whole trip.

The food was buffet and all the same and not great!! The room was very nice and clean, but need washcloths and more towels. Poor entertainment, why no Diet Coke or diet soda?

Food, drinks and entertainment not ideal. Espresso machine always broken. They didn’t have prosecco/champagne for mimosas… Night entertainment non existent…. When we ran out of water bottles in the room, the staff never put new bottles. The towels/ bedding replaced never had a fresh smell, they were brown. Gave me a sense of a cheap motel. The Stay was ok

They should assign a smoking area everyone was smoking around the kids at all momento and every where pool dining area family area kids pool not good
