We chose this property from a list on Expedia based upon facility description and price. We were not disappointed! The facility is absolutely gorgeous, with pleasing architecture and beautiful rooms. We stayed in The Reserve, which was adults only and right next to the pristine beach. The Reserve provided us a personal concierge, who arranged dinner reservations at many different restaurants within the property, and was available for any needs or questions we had. We developed a personal relationship with him. I celebrated my 76th birthday while there, and our concierge decorated our room with balloons and delivered a bottle of wine and a birthday cake! What a treat! Amazing and fun daily activities included crafts, painting, rum tasting, yoga, and many others, including nightly live entertainment. The food was truly delicious. We especially enjoyed the buffets, which boasted various stations that would prepare an entree right on the spot. We particularly loved the vast variety of local fruits, vegetables, and seafood. Also a large selection of freshly baked breads and pastries. The Dominican cuisine restaurant, Flora, was our favorite. We are already talking about returning next year with our daughter and her family!

We liked that the adult section was exclusive. Our concierge Gustavo was extremely attentive and helpful. The entire staff was very friendly and inviting. There was never a shortage of pulapas and towels. We especially liked that you don't need a card for beach towels. The towels are everywhere. Another great feature is your bracelet is your room key.

Some dining options great, some not so much. Beach and pools are superb, week went by too fast. Entertainment options are limited, and focused on the Spaniard guests, didn't bother me much. Very relaxing place.

My experience was outstanding! The check-in process was smooth and easy. Our concierge, Adriel Cabrera, was incredibly accommodating and took excellent care of my sister and me. We were attending a wedding at another hotel, and he handled all the arrangements, from transportation to the makeup artist, Jeny from the spa wich was very talented. Additionally, we were celebrating my sister's birthday, and Adriel made dinner reservations for us. He ensured that the waiter, Juan, brought out a cake and sang for her during dinner. The hotel facilities are beautiful, featuring stunning views, a lovely pool, and inviting common areas that feel like a dream. Our room was extremely clean, and the housekeeping staff was discreet and friendly. I will definitely be returning with my family soon and highly recommend this amazing service and accommodation! Thank you to the staff for making our weekend so memorable.

This property was wonderful! Restaurants were great lots of options at the buffets. Employees were professional and friendly. We chose a swim up room on the adult only area and it did not disappoint. Looking forward to taking our family this summer. Have to mention Christopher from the VIP area and Pedro and the bartenders in the beach area. ***** all around!! Our experience at Paradisus Real Palm, Punta Cana was underwhelming. We were assigned a concierge who offered no helpful information about the resort, leaving us to explore it on our own. Dining options were limited, especially for vegetarians. Choices were repetitive, and snacks were almost impossible to find outside meal times—unexpected for an all-inclusive resort. The $100 spa credit promised through Expedia was misleading. It couldn’t be used on “promotional items,” yet the catalog didn’t label anything as such. The $200 resort credit was equally useless, as it wasn’t accepted at the gift shop or elsewhere, making it pointless in an all-inclusive setting. To add, the gift shop’s pricing was outrageous—I paid $35 USD for a small bottle of sunscreen. Despite these disappointments, the adults-only pool was a highlight, offering a relaxing escape, and the beach next to the resort was beautiful and well-maintained. While the location was lovely, the poor dining options, unclear credit policies, and lack of service make it hard to recommend.
