"We spent two nights at Casa Hemingway. On arrival, our prearranged and honestly quite expensive transportation was not at the airport. I called the hotel and after waiting for the desk clerk to research, she informed me that our ride would be there is 30 minutes. 40 minutes later our ride arrived.
