"Our concierge, Max, was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. But the property itself had some significant issues that affected our stay. The showers took a very long time to heat up, and a couple of them never really got warm at all. There were no shades in the living room, which meant that the sun would shine directly into your face just as you were trying to eat dinner. The room became unlivable for hours in the afternoon. The golf cart they provided was defective; it failed to drive forward on several occasions, and finally failed for good when we were out for dinner in town. Max did a nice job getting us a replacement quickly. The second cart was much nicer than the first, which made me wonder why we didn’t get it in the first place. The housekeeping was OK, although they failed to replace basic items like soap. The community itself is lovely so it feels silly to complain too much. And you spend most of your time at the beach anyway. But for the price, this property was not up to snuff. We were told it’s going to be renovated completely by next year. It needs it. "

"Beware of Hidden Fees. We were really excited about this trip. The beach club access and concierge service were two draws to why we booked this residence. Unfortunately, while the condo is pretty and we loved Punta Mita, there were some hidden fees we weren't aware of. 1. Beach Clubs: About a week before our trip we received an email from the concierge that said we owed them 135 to access the beach clubs during our stay. I had to fight (before even arriving) to get this waived. 2. Concierge service- we've been to Mexico a lot and have always used a car service for airport transfer. The concierge gave us quotes for car and chef service that far exceeded anything we've spent previously. We ended up booking the same vendors directly and saved tremendously (100) on both. It was a bummer considering we were excited about the convenience of a concierge but didn't want to overpay for no reason.3. There were some broken furniture- umbrella on patio and stools in the kitchen that needed to be continually popped in. We were fine with both but were then accused of "breaking" the stool and were charged 135 to replace it AFTER we returned home despite doing a tour w/ Daniella at checkout. Really left a sour taste :( Also worth noting: Bunk bed room is tiny and includes the highest bunk bed I've ever seen with a low railing on the top bunk and no shades on the windows. It also faces the balcony which is noisy at night. It was not super ideal for kids and may be small for adults. "

"We loved our stay! It was very clean, safe, and family friendly. The age range of children was 6 months-11 years old, the house was very family friendly. The housekeepers were amazing! They did a great job cooking & cleaning. We bought our own groceries and were still able to enjoy their delicious recipes and authentic cooking. Buying the beach club membership is a must . We loved the Pacifico and Kapuri beach clubs. We also enjoyed the quick cruise to and from town on our golf cart. The walking paths within the four-seasons were also very nice. We walked daily! Again, very safe. WiFi was a bit patchy in the upstairs bedrooms, but not an issue. The air conditioning was great and kept us cool -always! We can’t recommend this place enough ! It was very quiet, safe, clean, convenient, all the things you want in a family friendly vacation. We loved our stay and were sad to leave. "

"Luisa, our host was wonderful We were greeted with useful information and margaritas and guacamole. Our questions were answered promptly. Mayra did a a great job with the daily cleaning. The unit was the perfect location for walking to town and Pacifico beach club. Having 2 golf carts for our family of 10 was great. This is the place for a quiet relaxing vacation in the sun. "

"The apartment was spotless, had everything we needed, amazing balconies and spectacular views of the pool and ocean and we saw lots of whales. The staff - Isabella, Deyanira, Paul and the housekeeping staff were so friendly and professional. The gate staff were obliging and Audel had some great tips about getting the bus to Sayulita when 3 Ubers cancelled on us. It was a perfect vacation- gracias a todos."

"Location, location, location. This is a gem. It is in a perfect spot for sunrise and sunset beach walks, with Tale of the Whale as a focal point. Pacifico Beach Club is just down the beach. Use a golf cart to get around within Punta Mita and the adjacent town. The house is beautifully maintained. Each bedroom has a private bath. Master on the second floor has a great balcony and one of the bedrooms on the first floor has a very private outdoor shower. The kids loved the pool - it was the hub. We ate breakfasts and some dinners (tasty) together at the house. Miriam and Margarita were fabulous at preparing breakfast for a group of 10 that included young children and adults whose dietary restrictions included one vegan/gluten free and some vegetarians. When we ate dinners out it was mostly at the Four Seasons- very memorable. "

"We really enjoyed our stay in this condo in the Faro de Mita complex. Beautifully maintained grounds and pool area. We were very impressed with all the staff. Our rep from Concierge at the bay was especially helpful and prompt with all requests. We loved the location as no cab is needed to walk to restaurants and shopping. We also really enjoyed sitting on our balcony watching the surfers and paddle boarders. The beach is rocky and not great for swimming but we spent hours at low tide looking for interesting shells and sea life. There are great beaches for swimming but you will need to drive to get to them. The condo itself is very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. We would definitely rebook this condo. "
