The parkade area is awful!! Perhaps they can have someone directing traffic. This reason alone, we would not come back to this hotel. It was anywhere from 40 min or longer to park. gong show! Parking is pricey for the pain of getting in and out. Self serve kiosks to check-in and out worked well for us, but I feel customer service has been deleted because of them. The rooms were remodelled at some point and are kinda modern, but it must have been a long time ago due to the wear. Bathrooms are nice, but need more care cleaning the corners. Beds are ok, but it would be nice to have a quilt, not just sheets. Overall it’s a low value hotel, but it works for some budgets. Central location on the strip.

"We had an enjoyable and relaxing 1-night stay at Chateau Purcari, which included excellent wine-tasting and dinner. Everything was outstanding and we enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was elegant and comfortable."

"I had high hopes for Purcari Retreat, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. None of the staff spoke English, which made communication very difficult. The most concerning issue was the water—it smelled like rotten eggs in both the shower and sink, making it impossible to shower ..."
