"We were the only "European" tourists staying in the hotel but were made to feel very welcome. The food was excellent and while relatively expensive compared to some of the local restaurants still very good value. Only down side is that if they have a wedding etc on it can be noisy in the garden rooms and the pool/pool area can be out of use."

"It is a useless hotel to stay. The check in time is 9AM and when We reached at 1300 hrs found out the phone in the room was out of order. That means They don't check the room before giving to guests. That means they don't bother. They got it rectified at 6 PM. The check out time is 7AM. but when I asked for tea at room at 6AM, they told that the Resturant opens at 0730 hrs. So no tea before that. "We booked 2 nights with 5 persons including a toddler. One of the room that was given to us was room no -1105. This room when you entered in wasn’t value for money. They mentioned it was a king bed but that was a queen bed compared to the other room. One side of the bed was broken was which they took that part out and put it in that room only. The queen bed wasn’t good enough for 2 adults and one toddler. The bath-tub in the shower was completely crack and I feel so disgusted by looking at...

"Excellent location for Puri and the close by beaches. Our room had a partial view of the sea. The staff are excellent and went beyond means to make us feel comfortable ! The restaurant food is North Indian and good. We are there almost everyday. Restaurant staff too are polite. Just a note I want to mention: A bath May would have helped in the bathroom as senior people find it hard to get out of the shower with wet feet and could be dangerous.
