"It’s an older property now but still has a charm about it. The staff are wonderful. When I saw the earplugs in the room I had no idea what they’re for. It’s dogs … the place is crawling with them and they howl, bark and fight during the night. Do yourself a favour a stick the earplugs in before you go to sleep!! Amed beach could do everyone a favour and introduce compulsory desexing of the dogs. Would greatly improve it as a tourist destination "

"The staff here is so friendly, the grounds are lovely and the location is great. It seems some rooms are nicer than others. We wound up switching rooms, which the staff accommodated with no problems at all. The spa is excellent. We rented our snorkel gear with the staff. They even booked a boat tour for us; which was amazing. "

"I didn’t get any sleep for the one night I was there because all the motorcycles were loud and going all night long. The bathroom was out by the pool but still attached to my room. It was open and I felt I had no privacy if I had to go to bathroom. You could hear everything. "
