Our roomy cottage is the perfect island getaway for families and friends to have fun and unwind. Centrally located, yet off the beaten path - it's walking distance to all of the downtown action. There's also plenty of entertainment space both inside and out to comfortably gather and stretch out.

The large open floor plan gives you the chance to get everyone together. The fully stocked kitchen leads into the large main living area with plenty of lounge and dining seating for everyone.

Outside you'll enjoy the spacious deck and large treed lot - plenty of sun and shade for everyone. You can take your meal outside with the propane grill and large outdoor dining area. The fire pit provides a relaxing night time gathering spot.

The 3 bedroom cottage has 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds and a queen sized memory foam sleeper sofa and can sleep up to 10 people in beds.

2024 Update: All new flooring and paint throughout the home. New mini-split AC/Heating units in each of the bedrooms and main living room. New beds and mattresses in all the bedrooms. Kitchen remodeled in 2022 and bathrooms in 2018.

Weekend trip
Absolutely loved staying here. Great location and the host is fast at getting back with you. Even though it says it in the description, wish it had sheets and towels as our group was coming from many different states with limited room to pack extra things that the bnb didn’t provide. Otherwise great place to stay at!

Great house by the lake
This is a perfect location between the downtown area and the lake itself. At the end of Imis Rd is a beautiful area to sit and enjoy the sunrises. Bring your bikes and enjoy the Boardwalk Restaurant for lobster bisque and sweet potato fries. Super relaxing getaway

Beautiful Property
This was the perfect location for hosting a bachelorette party. Close to town but still semi-included. Host was great and notified us once the place was ready prior to check-in time and also allowed us to keep our car at the home a few hours after check out. The home is very spacious and receives beautiful natural lighting during the day. Deck was great, kitchen was stocked, and furniture was comfortable. Note that you must bring your own linens and sheets. Also note that there are homes all around, not isolated by any means but it was not an issue.

Our family of 4 were here on vacation. The house was sufficient for what we needed. Plenty of beds and room to hang out. The kitchen also had what we needed to stay for a week. The only thing I didn’t realize when booking is that we had to bring sheets and towels.

This property fit our group perfectly, a group of 6 adult men in town on a fishing trip. We had room to park two trucks, one with a boat/trailer, in the driveway. Brian, our host, mulched all the flower beds in the yard one day while we were out, and it looked beautiful! The deck is very spacious with ample seating and tables. All in all, it was the perfect spot for us

The house was just what we need for a fun girls trip. It was clean, organized and in a great location. The only issue we had was the house had a musty smell. You could definitely smell it in the bedrooms on the lower levels. Cause of allergy issues. Overall would high recommend!

Only thing I would caution others of is the transition from one room to another. Our granddaughter tripped on the lip of the floor between every room lol or even the hallway step. Truth is we also fell for the first few days. But after a few falls we learned 😅 enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.

If you're a fisherman, do not book this place. Owner said he accommodates fisherman but that's far from the truth. His neighbor was kind enough to completely set us up and take care of us on his property, not the owner

Clean. Nice location. No water view despite one photo that leads you to believe there is.
We enjoyed our stay, but the property has some maintenance issues that need addressed. Many of the lights don't work. There was a water leak in one bathroom. We were told to expect a plumber who didn't show. The house fan did not work and we received no response to our inquiry about it. Grill burners were all three rusted and falling apart. Kitchen is well stocked. House is esthetically very pleasing but the uneven levels of the floors with no transition thresholds create a number of tripping hazards. Would stay again probably. But would look around for another property in this price range first.

Very misleading! We left 30 minutes of arriving to stay someplace else.
I have never written a negative description of a place we’ve stayed at before but I felt that everyone looking on PIB needs to know our thoughts on this place. We felt the pictures online were very misleading. I took picture of my own that I wish I could share here. We felt (3 adults and 3 younger teens) that this place was so uninhabitable that we payed for another place and were willing to take the financial loss for it. The owners worked with us very well and were responsive to our needs and did refund us two out of the three nights but it still caused our group a lot of stress that evening. It was the Fourth of July the first night and half of us were forced to stay there as the rest found a small hotel room on the island. I will describe the place as we saw it: - moldy, musty smell especially in the two main bedrooms and full bath that all join together -one bed head butts up against a door to the sketchy, dirty garage buildings -multi level/surface floors- the floors were so different in levels that my daughter who is 11 fell so hard it busted up both of her knees -beds and padding were cheap, uncomfortable, and some dirty -most of the furniture was cheap and old -think college frat house -wet laundry still in the washer and dryer was broken (owner stated he ordered a new one) -sliding door won’t lock and a board is jammed there to hold door some areas of house are okay -kitchen, main bathroom Sorry to have to say all this but felt I must.

Perfect for a weekend getaway!
We came to celebrate a birthday and our group had a blast! The location is on a quiet street and close enough to walk downtown! The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We also utilized the kitchen for meals and we had all the necessary tools. The deck and grill were an added bonus!
