"We really loved our stay here - not sure why the reviews are so bad. The farmhouse has been renovated and is gorgeous - you have a bedroom with another bed on a mezzanine for the kids. The rooms are clean and have aircon (thank goodness... it was 35 degrees :-)) There's parking right in front of your room and a big pool and pool area to use - if I understand correctly there is a small charge to use the pool but we were out every day until late so it didnt apply. "The hotel is outside of Bari But it is still very convenient because it’s only a short 25 minutes drive to downtown Barry. It’s lovely very quaint. The town is small and very cozy with very nice restaurants in the neighborhood. The hotel itself is very nicely created very clean overall exceptional highly recommended. It was very convenient for me and the fact that there is no parking payment is also a big blast but overall the hotel was very nice."

"A quirky bed and breakfast in a very interesting historical building - a former convent. Fascinating decor and quirky room layouts. A maze of corridor, but the host very cleverly instructed us to 'follow the lit up lamps'. The host was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. We only stayed overnight, following arrival at Bari, and travelled on the next day. We managed a late walk into town centre for a nightcap, where many residents were out in the square strolling, chatting with neighbours,...

"We booked this hotel very last minute, and we really lucked out with how special it is! A family owned operation with an architecturally interesting building, in the ideal location. The owners and the staff were so genuine and helpful in every way. The breakfast was plentiful, and other meals for purchase were also great. They helped us with a day trip to Monopoli to the beaches, and gave great dining recommendations. We will miss this special hotel and hope to visit again soon! "

"I got food poisoning and ask for 1 hour extra of check out and the host was not flexible. Ending going to the hospital at 5:30 am and have to come back before 9:30 it was very complicated and not considered from the host. Otherwise the place is clean secure close to the centro Storico but not walkable."

"Our stay in Alberobello was incredible. Our home was beautiful and so was the town. We were a short walk from the town center and the bus stop was just down the hill. I would recommend renting a car if you are going to travel around Puglia. The buses can be a hassle and cabs are almost non existent. Our host was so nice and always in contact with us. She also arranged for breakfast to be brought to us each morning. I would highly recommend and plan on going back."
