"We liked the housekeeping, the staff members including housekeeping, front desk, doormen. The chefs provided a a wide variety of choices and we looked forward every a.m. for breakfast. We especially liked the split level loft with an 11story view. We liked the surrounding area, places to eat or have coffee/ drinks close although we didn’t eat in that area, we were there one full week. Large underground supermarket just nextdoor, you need to look or ask where but it has everything and we shopped...

"We booked 2 rooms, one with twin beds and one family room. Both rooms are roomy and comfortable with all necessary facilities provided. We particularly liked the washing machine as we stayed 4 nights and were able to get our laundry done. The hotel is located in a very convenient location, close to all the famous sight seeing areas. We could walk to all of them. And if you don't like walking, the subway station is close by."

"Excellent location to be based at if doing a short Shanghai trip. It is linked directly to a small mall with retail and food. MRT station is just across the street. And the location is right at the west entrance of East Nanjing pedestrian street , so you get the convenience of all the shops and food that comes with it. The room we got was super impressive and by far this was the best quality room we got on our Shanghai trip. Voice activated curtains, lights and music (though you'd need to speak mandarin to make it work), also buttons available. Toilet and bath was very good and there was an electrical bidet! We got the west view with our high-floor room. Try to get the east view of Bund view if possible."
