Dated, inaccurate description, poor communication
"The property is dated and in need of some TLC, there are things within the property that do not work such as the TV, the channel box was broken when we arrived, in spite of reporting the fault it was never fixed, there are multiple extension cords around the property, not sure if it meets basic health ..."
