"Lovely cosy property, perfect for a night away with the girls. Loved that it had 4 single beds and a queen so we all had our own bed. Big couch in the living area to fit us all on was also a bonus. "

"I arrived late after dark and the destination / address listed was not where my confirmation said - despite a new GPS in a new Ford Ranger then google maps on my phone - I simply could not find the place. Signage needs to be improved off the main road- I actually can’t say if the place actually exists! I wouldn’t mind a refund or a credit to stay another time. I had to drive 40 Km away to get into a motel to get to my son at Puckapunyal the next day for a March out. Really disappointed 😢"

"Where to begin! This stunning and cozy cottage was the perfect base to operate out from for our stay. The rustic beauty and charm made for a cozy stay, but didn't hold back on modern comforts. The bathroom and shower is updated and modern and we were pleasantly surprised by the toiletries supplied. The space was well cleaned and inviting with attention to detail. The locale is surrounded by natural beauty and very close to Hanging Rock. Farm animals abound, we made a few 4-legged friends!...

"A stunning location and we had a great time for the first couple of days but rain for the last two and little or no gravel on the visitor driveway meant that we struggled to get out of a muddy driveway in our 2 wheel drive car. There is no one on the property and no mobile coverage so it is all the more important to have this rectified. We had to park in the other driveway which made our trips to and from the car long, messy and muddy. This is not good enough given how much this place charges....

"We had a lovely time. Enjoyed seeing all the animals and feeding the baby goats. The hosts were approachable and friendly but we also felt like we were very private in our cabin. Absolutely loved staying there and will go again."

"Property is in a very quiet area with little to no street noise. The house is well fitted out with everything that you might need to have a stay. Excellent to be able to have 3 bedrooms and 2 lounge rooms for our stay."

"This is a beautiful country property just 5 mins drive from Seymour shops. The view is stunning, especially at sunset with kangaroos hopping around. The pool is even nicer than the pictures show. Full kitchen has everything you could need."
