Clean rooms and friendly staff. Lobby staff were definitely a lot more polite than the average. I had my wedding band stolen in the sauna one night and immediately notified the staff at the sauna counter roughly about 10 minutes after it was stolen... but none of the staff really assisted in trying to find the ring or trying to figure out the culprit. I understand that they arent the police but a little more help and assistance would have been appreciated.

And they want to charge me for 2hr late checkout, even tho I pointed out that according to Ramada website, my elite status should grant me such complimentary benefits. Once I insisted, they backed off.

Great rooms , restaurants were hopeless only good one was the Japanese and she was the most friendly the rest were terrible they have a place called chicken and pizza but they don’t serve pizza , the Korea bbq is so slow we ended up walking out their service was terrible . Reception are great and very helpful. Very limited transport

Fantastic location and hotel quality of a higher standard than expected left us impressed. Great facilities kept the kids happy and location within close proximity to Yongpyeong, Alpensia and Pyeongchang resorts made it easy with a car.

Comfortable room with a very high ceiling which was very nice. There's nothing around so it's great the hotel has a few restaurants in B1, but you also have the option to call a taxi and go downtown. They have a snowboard/ski rental place in the hotel so it was very convenient. They also have a shuttle bus to the ski areas as well as a shuttle bus for the train and bus station, not that many options for the time but still pretty convenient. Enjoyed the gym and sauna place! Gym is free but gotta pay for sauna/spa.
