The property is not the cleanest. Unjust fired employees from 4 years ago created a crowd and protesting with loud music right at the entrance of the hotel. Something sad and unexpected to see in South Korea. Rooms are cleaned every day and the property and rooms are outdated and smell old. The location is great however

Lovely staff, spoke english, I got a free upgrade to a slightly bigger room which was cool.
The room was clean and comfy, the bidet started acting up, but a quick call to the staff and it was unplugged (they said they'd check it out after I left)
The area was super central, close to multiple subway lines. would defs stay here again.

Excellent price for last minute staff. Located in a port area with several hotels on same block along with restaurants and convenience shops. Room good size with a small balcony. Only challenge was late arrival and restaurant hours. Can’t beat the price!!!
