Luggage carts were available and the second elevator that opens to the parking garage allowed for luggage carts to go directly to the room without going through the lobby. The Reception attendant was friendly, helpful, annd professional. She provided restaurant recommendations, of which we chose a delicious option: Hanoi on Manning. Finishes within the public areas and the room were premium and aligned with the overall design theme for the hotel to support a bespoke, restful, and enjoyable stay! "

"It was our first holiday with our 10month old baby. Was pleasantly suprised with the cleanliness of the room. Even the microwave was spotless! We were impressed on how well stocked and organised the room was with utensils, teatowels etc.. The staff even called to mention activities that the facility was offering for the children during our stay. "
