Genari Beach Apartments is a small family-run resort of four different apartments/houses for all year holidays with direct access to a private beach. It was built with special care and respect to the architecture beauty of the area. It reflects its owner’s simplicity and unadorned aesthetics. Amazing views obtained from gardens and inside the apartments. The apartments are self catered and accommodate up to five persons. Each apartment has its own distinctive style.

Genari Beach Apartments is situated directly on our small and quiet beach and is surrounded by a well kept and relaxing garden you will enjoy a great time of relaxation.Surrounded by the vineyards ,overlooking the beauty of the Ionian Sea will reward you for your choice.
Each apartment consists of a double room, a kitchen fully equipped to service up to five persons, a bathroom with shower and a living area with single beds-sofas and a window – door leading to the seafront verandas.

Each apartment‘s veranda has its privacy !!!!!
The owner lives on site and is happy to assist with any queries.The family of Genari are always available and glad to assist you with any recommendation ,tips on sightseeing or arrangement for activities in the surrounding area.

Guests that arrive by car can reach Genari apartments through basically 2 different ways:
1.If you are travelling along the Olympia Odos motorway (A8/9 or E55/56)over Patras ,you must turn right on the traffic lights before the entrance of Pyrgos ,following the sign towards "Skourochorion" and from there follow the signs towards "Leventochori",and after you reach the village of Leventochori the sign Genaris apartments lead you along the way.
2.If you are travelling along the Eastern Peloponesse Motorway (A8 or E65)pass through the city of Pyrgos,following the signs for Katakolo.After Agios Ioannis village follow the signs for "Skourochorion" and before village of Skourochorion you must turn left following the sign to Leventochori.

Nearest airports are Araxos International Airport (GPA) at 73km,Kalamata airport (KLX) at 120km ,Zakynthos Airport (ZTH) at 35km from Kyllini port and Aktion Airport (PVK) at 257km.All airports are connected with many European cities through regular charter flights during summer season.
Athens is 350 km away .Patra with its port is 97km away.

Being located on a rural area ,there is no public transport point close to Genari Beach apartments.
Transfers can be arranged anytime ,upon prior notice .
Nearest car rental is in Skafidia village,we ll happy to arrange a car delivery for you at our premises.

***On request you can arrange breakfast or lunch/dinner with an extra charge/per person.
***Change of linen every two days.

Incredible view and lovely setting off the beaten path
We loved our time at Genari Beach. The location was even nicer than we expected, Anna the hostess was quick to respond to our needs, and Ancient Olympia was only 45 minutes away. We watched some magnificent sunsets while hanging out with friendly cats. I gave the property 4 stars instead of 5 because of some details that I hope get fixed (because then the place will be awesome!). It needs better signage. (It was easy to find once we found it the first time, but we had a really tough time as night was falling.) It needs more cookware and a better coffeemaker. And it needs more hot water. I still totally recommend the place! It is charming and rustic and relaxing, and I would stay there again.

Perfect Hideaway
Perfect apartment for cozy quiet vacation, far away from everything. Very nice garden, private stone beach (with easy acces into water). Appartment is simple but very functional (kitching with not only 4 plates, 4 spoons... - have lot of things). Host very nice. Highly reccomend this property

Einfach super! Jeder Zeit wieder!
Ruhige Lage. Nette Vermieter. Einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen und entspannen bei einem wundervollen Abendessen auf der schönen Terrasse mit einem unglaublichen Blick aufs Meer.

Super Lage direkt am Meer
Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Die Lage des Objektes ist super, genau das richtige um mal im Urlaub den Seelenfrieden zu finden. Das einzige Mango, die Bilder von der Umgebung sollten mal in der Beschreibung aktualisiert werden. Aber im gesamten ist dieses Objekt empfehlenswert. Danke für die schönen Tage!! LG

Non siamo in grado di leggere la recensione della proprietaria, in compenso vi inviamo la nostra. L'accoglienza del primo momento è stata cordiale. La cordialità è scemata non appena abbiamo chiamato la Signora per farle rilevare le molteplici carenze: - il frigo con grosse incrostazioni di ghiaccio non era stato né sbrinato né pulito bene dopo gli ospiti precedenti - il bicchiere portaspazzolino conteneva l'acqua stagnante del precedente uso e colature di dentifricio sul bordo - le piastre elettriche della cucina avevano un contorno di grasso e sporco. La Signora sosteneva che ciò era causato dal salso proveniente dal mare. Viviamo in città di mare e non abbiamo mai notato niente di simile. Lo sporco veniva via facilmente, e questo ci sembra un inequivocabile segno di incuria. - la luce molto fioca della lampada centrale, posta alle spalle di chi cucina, proietta l'ombra della persona stessa impedendo così la vista sul piano di lavoro. Manca del tutto la cappa con relativa illuminazione. - nella doccia mancava totalmente un appoggio per i prodotti da bagno. Per accedere alla doccia bisognava praticamente scavalcare il WC, e pure per prendere un asciugamano dopo la doccia, per non parlare dello stato generale di trascuratezza di tutto il bagno. Particolare comico: sulla porta del bagno era stato segato uno scanso per schivare il lavandino. - la nostra decisione di prenotare era stata presa già in Gennaio sulla base delle foto presentate sul sito homeaway fra le quali appariva una spiaggetta di sabbia a disposizione dei soli clienti. In realtà al posto della spiaggetta abbiamo trovato soltanto delle rocce aguzze, impraticabili per una persona anziana. La Signora, interpellata al riguardo, ha sostenuto che tre settimane prima una mareggiata aveva portato via tutto. Crediamo che un fatto fondamentale come questo andrebbe comunicato in anticipo al cliente. Le foto pubblicate sul sito mostrano comunque un appartamento con stanze e cucinai tutt'altro livello. Abbiamo comunicato la nostra decisione di partire all'indomani. Così abbiamo fatto nonostante avessimo pagato con largo anticipo il soggiorno completo. Non c' è stata nessuna reazione e non abbiamo più visto nessuno né alla sera né al mattino e abbiamo lasciato l'appartamento completamente ignorati dalla proprietaria. Di quanto sopra possiamo mettere a disposizione la documentazione fotografica. Ci riserviamo comunque ogni azione.

Ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt. Ich hoffe, dass wir bald wieder kommen können.
Es ist ein toller Ort um zu entspannen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und lädt zu Spaziergängen ein. Auch die Eigentümerin ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist zwar einfach eingerichtet, uns reichte das aber völlig aus. Hoffentlich bald mal wieder.
