"We enjoyed our two night stay overall. We were given a free upgrade as celebrating a special occasion (thank you) but this unfortunately backfired on us as we had a room on the 8th floor which had very loud pump and water running continuously throughout the night. In my opinion this must be a common complaint as it is very loud and disturbs your sleep. I would suggest getting an extra person in the bar as drinks took forever or forgotten after ordering. "Very good customer service, staff was attentive and helpful. Transport from hotel was very safe and convenient. Busses ran on time and on a whole everything was cost effective, especially the shop within the hotel. Also the hotel decor is fitting regarding the time it was built. There are mordern hotels in the area, but it is obvious these buildings have been built recently and cannot be compared to Bella Vista Hotel."

"Run down hotel water coming from kitchen ceiling on to the electric cooker that made it trip tv broken but was replaced water did not get sorted even when reported he can but it still leaked. It is clean and frequently room cleaning pool area is ok clean good sun spot. Area is dirty but plenty of local shops and places to eat I would not stay again"

"It is nice that my package came with half board. The breakfast is very good. I was just disappointed about how outdated and rough many parts of the hotel look. I stayed on the 4th floor with my family and there is absolutely no WiFi up there, despite the description saying that there is WiFi in the rooms.
