"If you book thtough wotif you need to be able to print your booking confirmation in Mandarin as the staff do not understand any english. Fortunately i had my chinese son in law but it still took over 30 minutes to confirm actual booking and price quoted. "

"직원들 영어 거의 못함. 중국어 못하면 불편함. 대부분이 중국어로 써있음. 객실 소모품이 떨어지든 말든 신경안씀. 투숙객들이 복도에서 담배를 피우는지 복도에 담배연기가 가득하고 가장 중요한건 호텔 바로앞에 지하철 공사중이어서 이른아침부터 소음이 심함."

"Cleanliness : Very poor. It smelled musty in the corridor and room. Service : Poor. I could see just one clerk could speak English. It's very hard to communicate. Location : Not bad. The street was very quiet. Accommodation : There is no refrigerator. I couldn't cool my beer in my room. Overall, it was more expensive than it's quality and service."

"Hotels.com must check all Chinese hotels/motels that are on this site. As not all Chinese hotels accept forginers. This messes me around completely, it's hard enough getting around China with very little Chinese. Luckly I found one near by, but I had to pay almost double than budgeted. I'm not happy at all, being a long user of the hotels.com app. This was disgraceful "
