Artinn was a great stay for my solo trip to Taiwan. The room was very well priced and very spacious for 2-3 large suitcases to be opened all at once. Arrived on a midnight flight to Taiwan and had no issues checking in upon arriving at the hotel. Amenities such as toothbrush, tooth paste and razors aren't provided but facial tissues are included. Room service is done once every 3 days of stay with staff replenishing tissues and toilet papers, alongside clearing the trash bin. Water pressure of the shower is very strong and heater was working well during the colder winter months. Whilst my room worked for a solo trafeller, it might not be well received by travellers who are travelling in pairs and not in a relationship. Reason being the toilet isn't walled up, thus the frosted glass shower cubicle and toilet cubicle is directly facing the bed. You'd need to effectively shower, dry and put on your clothes all within the 1m by 1m shower cubicle which is made of frosted glass and also doesn't have any lock or hangers built within, only a handle bar on the outside of the glass door (yes, that means you would need to open the door naked to reach for your clothes hanging on the bar outside the door, leaving you possibly exposed in full view to anyone staying with you and sitting on the bed watching TV. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here being a solo traveller and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Taiwan - provided I'm travelling alone again that is.

The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is very well located near the Taipei MRT station. The room was spacious, quiet and well appointed. My only suggestions would be that the hotel should have available for viewing by English speaking guests a copy of the Taipei Times. Also, the TV channel selection could be better for English speaking guests. But I would [will!] stay here again when I return to Taipei.

easy transportation to take MRT(red line). the staff are always helpful and nice to customers. the room is kept clean every day. strongly recommended.

A rather small boutique type hotel but full of amenities that the large hotel chain has. Breakfast is good not because of a lot of food choices but they offer an "a la carte" menu on top of the buffet table. They always make it to your order. The only complaint I have is my room close to the main road and you will hear the noise of the cars pass by. Walking to the Mass Transit is about 5 minutes, which is acceptable. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. Their service is outstanding.

The hotel interior is a bit dated and dark but really cannot beat the convenience of location. Very walkable to MRT, lots of food options around, central to a lot of popular spots in Taipei. Overall had a good experience staying here.
