"Lovely little mezzanine apartment. Rob and Lynda were very welcoming and the apartment was cosy. The pool was beautiful and shared with the other two apartments and our hosts, but no one was ever there at the same time. Stunning views from the patio area. It is a 10 minute drive to the local village, Casoli, which I a lovely little town, so you can’t just walk to a local bar or restaurant, but you do have all the facilities to cook in the apartment if you so wish. 100% would stay agin!"

"This home is at the very top of a mountain with scenic views all around. If you are willing to drive, you can visit many surrounding Italian mountain towns full of beauty and history. The people of the town two were friendly and welcoming. One thing to be aware of is there isn’t anywhere to eat so be prepared to travel to a surrounding location for dinner. "We had a fabulous 2 weeks at the villa. We enjoyed lazy days by the pool during the hot daytimes. The Villa is well situated for visiting typical Abruzzo villages and the Trabocchi coast. The villa has everything you need for your holiday and was ample big enough for 6 adults and 3 children. The sunsets from the balcony were beautiful! "Vincent, Anna his mother were so nice. They did have a washer but no dryer. Breakfast was great. Coffee and tea was available 24 hrs. The vies were incredible a bit of of a challenge to locate because it is next to the main residence. Loved the space very clean safe and handicappable access no issues. We did ask for fresh towels but with the language they did not arrive "

A perfect family-owned hotel

"Our two-night stay in Sulmona could not have been better. This six-room hotel, run by two brothers, is modern, clean, convenient to the center, and comfortable (great bed). Breakfast will fit any diet. Heat is more than ample. We asked them to recommend a driver to could take us into the mountains for c. 4 hours, and one of the brothers volunteered for a very fair price. Recommended without qualification."

"The property was very clean, updated and very walkable. We like to walk everywhere and this was perfect. We were on top floor and there was a great balcony on that level. Very nice place to stay. We loved our time here and used it to travel around the area. Nice and quiet to come home to this property. "

"We love this charming hotel built into medieval stone and very close to the Maiella mountains! Staff were excellent esp Eugene who can converse in English well, very generous of his time and provided excellent service throughout as well as Petra who was so funny and kind - both made the pleasant stay even better! Food was fantastic with breakfast having a great selection of both savoury and sweet treats. The only problem was the lack of airconditioning (there was a stand fan) in the room making sleep almost unbearable as we came at the hottest time of the year. No wifi in the room meant we had to do our logistics planning in the restaurant in the same building, just incovenient. Other than that, we will come back in a heartbeat! "
