The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Rosie checked us in and was very informative of the surrounding area and popular sites to visit. She also checked in on us during breakfast to make sure everything was ok. There were guests that were quite rude to her and she handled the situation in a very professional manner. The property was in a convenient location and the atmosphere around was great. Would definitely recommend to people travelling to Hanoi and want to be in the middle of the action

The staff here are so nice and helpful and really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The rooms are really nice, great location and awesome bar on the roof. Ill definitely be picking this hotel again.
