"This place is amazing. The best place in Phong Nha by far. The staff was so helpful. They booked us airport transfers for $23 USD each was, rented us a scooter to see the caves and suggested to just do the caves ourselves instead of the tours which was so beneficial and smart. Lan was exceptional in arranging everything for us. Spoke great English and knew exactly what we needed to do and set it up for us so everything was smooth and fun. The property is so nice. "We booked 1 room but were given 2 rooms on arrival. We asked if it is a mistake or an upgrade without cost. They said there will be extra cost so we demand to give us the room we book and they switch us back to the original room we booked. The property is clean and in walkable distance (about 1000 ft) to the Phong Nha boat tour."

"The owner was a super nice lady. We gave her a bag of laundry at 7pm and it was done when we checked out at 7am the next morning. She made us a nice breakfast and coffee. She has an overall friendly disposition. We will definitely stay here again."

"Vi havde 3 overnatninger på Love Homestay. Værelset var småt, men der var hvad vi skulle bruge. Der blev ikke gjort rent, det var som sådan ok, dog savnede vi at de havde tømt skraldespandene. Servicen var i top fra ejeren, da han hentede os kl. 2.30 om natten, da vi ankom til byen. Samtidig hjalp han os med at booke en masse ture. Poolen var super, og var lige hvad man havde brug for efter ture i Nationalparken. Fint at kunne låne cykler, så man kunne komme ind hvor der var flere restauranter...
