Hotel and room were lovely. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Wasn’t too sure on the soundproofing as could hear staff moving things in the corridor during night and also outside traffic/binmen.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were wonderful and very attentive. Room was amazing. great area, right on Regent near underground and shopping yet very quiet inside. Can't wait to go back next time we are in London
