Lovely room with pool view, wifi was good, good selection of breakfast items, albeit not a lot for vegetarians. Very clean and near the beach and shopping. Only niggle was there was only one plug socket which wasn't close to the bed.

Our 4th visit to this hotel. Quick check in. Nice comfy large beds and good shower. Breakfast is basic but fine. Nice orange juice and bread.

Check-in was smooth. Communication was with ease & clarity. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The bed was comfortable and our stay was very peaceful. I would definitely recommend and would definitely book again.

The staff member at the check in was not friendly and kind of sarcastic when asked questions about the check in process and the hotel. They do not provide a second card for the room when there are two adults which is very inconvenient since accessing the room becomes very complicated. The breakfast is included but very very basic. They have eggs but nothing hot to go with it. The coffee is really bad.

Resort stay in Quateria
Good location near beach and boardwalk. Good breakfast included. I had lunch there by the pool one day which was very good and reasonably priced. Room was clean and good size.

Quiet hotel
Staff and service were excellent. Breakfast included and having the bar available was very good. Room was a good size. Lots of free parking. Only negatives were no electrical outlet in bathroom for a curling iron if you use one. There were plugs in the bedroom but none beside the mirror. Bathroom shower floor was also very slippery and perhaps should include a rubberized bath mat. More than one chair in the room would also add to the comfort if there are two of you,

O hotel é bem localizado com bastante opção de restaurantes, comércio em geral nas proximidades. A equipe é bem acolhedora e o ambiente em geral agradável ! A piscina é excelente ! O restaurante é bom e o pequeno almoço estava bem ao nosso gosto. A única coisa a melhorar seria pensar mais no meio-ambiente e pararem de utilizar papel sobre as mesas. A troca de papel a cada cliente gera um lixo desnecessário. O banheiro do quarto é muito pequeno, a tampa do sanitário estava quebrada e sem ventilação.

The property was nice, clean and spacious. It was quiet but we did find that people slamming their doors was a nuance. The doors do not slam shut - you have to make them slam. No mini fridge in room. You could get ice for your bottle for a cost at the bar. Pool was lovely. Breakfast buffet was great!

Pleasant enough hotel. Very clean. Bit dated. Hairdryer inadequate but Receptionist lent me a decent one. Not enough electric sockets. Reasonable offer at breakfast. Small lunch menu. Plenty of sunbeds with very comfy mattresses. Ten minutes walk to nearest beach. 20 mins walk to bus station where you can catch buses to various places. Quiet at night as away from the town centre and beach area. Staff reasonably helpful but the absolute star was Simao. Spoke excellent English and extremely helpful.
