In a touristic neighborhood, Villa Il Caminetto is in the Residence Geremeas only a few meters away from the long, sandy beach of Spiaggia di Kala e Moru and offers a large outdoor area. The holiday house, which is part of a two family house but has its own entrance, consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. It also has Wi-Fi, fans, a fireplace and a cable TV. The spacious outdoor area includes a large lawn equipped with comfortable sun loungers for relaxing hours under the sun, as well as several seating areas and a barbecue. Prepare delicious meals in the fresh air and enjoy them with your loved ones while enjoying the view of the sea. A supermarket and a small selection of restaurants are 1.8 km away. The beautiful coastal town of Quartu Sant Elena, with a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés, is only a 30-minute drive away. The long sandy beach Spiaggia di Kala e Moru is less than one minute on foot from your front door - here you can enjoy the calming sound of the waves and forget the stress of everyday life!
