This charming hotel is ideally located in old Quebec City. My room was comfortable and the hotel offers great amenities, like the pool. We enjoyed several delicious meals at the restaurant, Chez Boulay.

Excellent Le service aux clients et chambre très propre j, le resto le Boreal excellent . Moins agréable de devoir se déplacer du stationnement à l’hôtel en transportant nos valises et en montant les escaliers ( environ une ne quinzaine). Des travaux dans la rue oblige l’hôtel à faire cette pratique actuellement.

Hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff are all helpful and friendly. The front staircase is a bit difficult to use for older and walking challenged patrons. The street in back is a bit loud on weekends at night.

This is my second stay at this hotel and this time we reserved two rooms for myself and family. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff attentive and polite. Parking was a little tricky but well handled. I would still love to see an elevator available (and better advertised) as we arrived with a person who's recovering from knee surgery and the steps inside were daunting after the first day.
