Nice Apt close to upper city
Cozy weekend with the wife. Enjoyed the location and accoutrement. Host was welcoming and very responsive.

The couch and dining room chairs would need to be updated, they are very used and don't feel clean. Also, we would have needed more instructions for the fireplace and the tvs.

Excellent location
The apartment is well located and within walking distance to restaurant's, shopping, and main sightseeing attractions! The apartment was clean except for a dirty bathroom vent. There is no grocery store in walking distance, so I would suggest stopping for a few things prior to arrival. There were no clear instructions for check in sent to us prior to arrival & we had to wait outside the building for a code and instructions on how to enter. The apartment is not well maintained, the queen bed & washing machine were broken. There was a broken vase which had been left in the bathroom with broken glass lying around it in the shower area. There were also no clear instructions for check out! Correspondence through the VRBO messaging system was limited. They did provide a telephone number which was a landline as you were not able to text this number! Parking is an additional cost, and there are several paid parking spots in the area! Keep your luggage light as you do need to walk up stairs to the 4th Floor, there is no lift!

Bel appartement, propre et très bien situé à proximité de plusieurs stationnements. C'est l'endroit idéal pour séjourner et se promener à pied dans le Vieux-Québec ! Je recommande sans hésitation !
