Great location, easy to get to the many restaurants in the area. We enjoyed the walking tour, and use of the pool and fitness centre. Unfortunately the room was supposed to include robes for use at the pool, we asked at the front desk, but they were never supplied. We appreciated the daily activities offered by the hotel. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

No other hotel experience like it in North America. The Hotel, its staff, and Old Quebec in general are beyond compare.

We just loved this hotel. Everything was excellent. Staffs were so kind and helpful. We stayed 3nts didn't want to leave. Thanks to the wonderful staffs.

My fiance and I enjoyed our stay immensely. Our corner room was spacious and overlooked the lower city and the river -- beautiful. The staff was friendly and attentive. We'd like to give a special shout-out to Vincent, whose friendliness made the trip that much more special.

Lovely and iconic place — worth at least one stay. But, wow, it’s pricey. Maybe a short stay.

Fantastic place to stay that couldn't be anymore in the mix. It does get crowded and busy, but it's worth putting up with. Will absolutely stay again. Multiple restaurants and a great bar for a night cap (a Starbucks too). Must be very festive around the holidays!

Great hotel. Very nice and grandiose. Staff is extremely helpfull and always ready to please the customer. Rooms are somewhat old in design but everything else was fine and working perfectly. As expected, the hotel does attract a lot of tourists so the great hall gets crowded. The line to check in or out can be a little long. I stayed in Quebec last November but stayed in the lower Old part of town which was dead quiet. I was caught off guard regarding restaurant availibilty as they were empty last year (lower Old Town) and very packed this year (upper Old Town).
