Clean and good service. Close to some cafes but need to walk up hill and stairs to get to other restaurants and Fairmont. Gym could use some heavier weights.

The staff were all super friendly and accommodating, and even more so when they realized we don’t speak French. The room was very clean and well spaced, and was surprised to find it more like an apartment than traditional hotel room, something we much appreciated. 20/10 would come back again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Old Quebec.

The room was very nicely updated, had a full kitchen with more than enough room for 2 people. The location was within walking distance to all the historical beauty of Quebec City. Also, Louise Taverne, attached to the site, has great food.

The hotel is a beautiful building that is in a perfect location for walking to all the sights we wanted to see. Very large and comfortable room. Wish we could have stayed longer.
