Lovely intimate apartment.

We loved this small intimate apartment. It was right in the middle of Old Town on the main shopping street. All the sights of the Old City were just up the road.Perfect location.

The location of this property is excellent if you will be a sight seer in old Quebec City. There are a lot of steep stairs and no elevator so any kind of mobility challenge means you can’t stay here. Having a kitchen in the room is great

Very good location. Only problem was all communication in French so I never understood emails sent to me. Also since I was early before checkin time, I wish I had known to go to the main office first to check in and leave my luggage. Place was excellent in location.

We were pleased with the space and the great location. Seeing the old city from the loft was so easy. Loved being able to walk to all the sights and putting our car in one of the lots close by for our 3 day stay. Any questions we had were promptly answered and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at Les Lofts de Buade.

Perfect location in old town Quebec. Basic apartment with kitchen. Salt and pepper provided but no coffee. Not suitable for those with mobility issues. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

In a very good location, right in the heart of old Quebec City. Keypad entry to both inititial door, making it safe, and individual lofts, so no losing keys! The internal stairs are quite steep. Loft were a nice size, well equpped and clean.

This place is located in the heart of Old Quebec. It's clean, quiet and we had no issues getting the codes to get into the unit on the day. The stairs are steep to get to the 2nd and third floors. Difficult to manage with heavy luggage. The unit we were in (1a) was small. Enough room for a couple but felt crowded.

Very well situated. Nice loft but cheap melamine that turned yellow, kitchen cupboards doors dirty, AC stained with brown condensation marks and bathroom fan fielded with dust. That main stairway smell Subway cuisine (just downstairs) but no smell in the loft itself.

We left our ship early expecting to be able to leave our luggage and start sightseeing. Took a taxi to the place we had reserved. However, there is only one location with a reception. Took a taxi to that location to leave our luggage. They then sent us a code to enter our location. Returned to get our bags. They did call a taxi for us. Arrived, got in with the code, apartment was on the “1st F” 22 steps up. Thankfully, we packed light. We’re in our 70’s so not the best option for us. Will not book this place again. It was clean, warm, convenient to sightseeing and restaurants. The only reception we encountered was polite and helpful, but we prefer a reception and elevator on sight.

room security issue

location is amazing. matress is so comfortable. All the pans and pots were in bad condition. In fact, we were happy with everything overall. But there was a huge weakness in the most critical thing. security issue Login is done with the passwords sent via e-mail. The entrance door and apartment door password were the same. This gave us the impression that the password for all rooms was the same. If you are told that this is not the case and that the password for each room and exterior door is different, this may not solve your problem. Because a homeless person slept at the entrance of the apartment building with a subway for two days. He was a very kind person. There is nothing I can say to him in life circumstances. But if he sees the 4-digit password lying there out of the corner of his eye, he will be able to enter the room directly. There is no extra lock behind the door. While you are inside, you still face the possibility of someone breaking in with your password. This issue made us uncomfortable. It made us ignore all the other beauties.
