A grand and groovy hotel of the ‘70’s but needs a good make over. The scratches on walls and furniture, strips missing from around benches and general wear and tear suggest he is tired. The location in the OldTown, next to the Hotel Frontenac where many tours start, and near many restaurants and sites within walking distance, is a huge benefit.
