The considerate arrangement of this home is quickly apparent as you enter through the sunlit mudroom into the welcoming open and inviting dining and kitchen space. The dining area boasts a comfortable farm table with seating for eight. Nestled nearby in custom built cabinetry is an electric fireplace and flat screen TV, situated perfectly for viewing as you are cooking amazing meals in the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

Friends and family can gather around the center island to mingle and make memories in this charming living space. As you continue through the beautifully appointed kitchen and dining space you enter the four-season sunroom, overlooking Quechee Main from your seat in this bright and airy space. To the left is a parlor room with a bar, and relaxed seating where you can enjoy quiet time, while being close to everyone, but away from it all. The primary suite with attached dressing room and closet and ensuite bath is in the front of the home right off the parlor and welcomes the morning sunshine!

The upstairs space is delightful in every way, to your immediate right is a thoughtfully laid out bunk room with one bunk bed, this room shares a Jack & Jill ensuite bath with a second guest room with a queen bed. Down the hall is another twin bedroom room, with a single twin bed and just outside of this room is a cozy little corner, perfect for reading, coloring, or playing a game of Uno. The most incredible feature of the upstairs of this home is the secret pine room at the end of the hall complete with its own cozy loft, a couch for relaxing, a 60' flat screen tv, full ensuite bathroom with a long-awaited tub for unwinding after a productive day and a cedar closet for all your travel gear. This home has everything you can think of for a perfect vacation retreat.

House Notes:
Parking is limited to two cars only. There is a shared driveway with the Cottage on Main and space is limited. On-street parking is prohibited. Additional parking can be arranged by our office. This property can accommodate up to 7 guests. The bed set-up includes a queen in the primary suite, a queen guest room upstairs, a bunk room with one twin bunk, and a twin room with a single twin bed. Two dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee of $150 per dog, per stay.

There is something for everyone at The Quechee Club. In the summer months members and renters can enjoy a number of outdoor activities. The Club offers two 18-hole golf courses, Lakeland & Highland, with stunning scenery and conditions. There are tennis courts spread throughout the community with professional tennis lessons and enjoyable competition. Renters can also enjoy the state of the art aquatic center- featuring an indoor & outdoor pool with an active kid's zone. Likewise, you can venture over to the beach at Lake Pinneo and rent a kayak or canoe. Then head over to The Club to enjoy a cocktail by the pool, a meal on Dewey's Deck or fine dining at Davidson's.

In the winter months, Ski Quechee is our featured amenity. Open Friday through Sunday, take the family out for an exciting day on expertly groomed terrain. You can enjoy our wonderful base lodge and après ski gatherings with activities for the whole family. The Club also maintains heated platform tennis with warming huts through the cold months to keep your paddle game sharp. The Club features a full winter recreational calendar including snowshoeing, x-country skiing, sledding, and much more! Outside of our seasonal offerings, there is so much more at Quechee. The Club offers a modern fitness center with daily fitness classes and top-notch equipment. Hiking trails are spread throughout the community woods.
