"Loved the pool "

"This is a beautiful property with an outstanding pool and deck. Unfortunately by my observation, the property is being neglected in terms of maintenance. The mattresses are in need of replacement. (We were told all mattresses are 10 years old). Hallways and doors need to be repainted. Pool deck chairs need to be replaced. There is a whole host of things that need to be replaced or repaired. Otherwise, it is a comfortable stay for a reasonable price. 7/10"

"I can’t believe how beautiful this place is ! Best resort in Hamilton island. Everything is accessible. Free shuttles to take you anywhere you want all you need is to call and they pick you put and drop you off anywhere. The staff are amazing, honestly so lovely and their service couldn’t fault. I would recommend this place if you want an outstanding experience. Loved every moment at the beach club ! Thank you guys so much for making this an experience. "

"This place is a very casual, family friendly place to stay and explore, staff are very welcoming and love teaching the kids about the reef, And the surrounds, excellent hike up to the summit of the island, "7 and 10 year old got up" albeit, pack some water. Had a great stay and explored the island over 3 days and loved the experience.... Definitely coming back! "

"Tangalooma is a hidden gem just over an hour by ferry away from Brisbane. The island resort is fantastic, with tours and activities for everyone. Feeding wild dolphins is incredible! The staff are all wonderful and there is nothing you can fault about the place! "

"When we arrived we were shown to an awful room at the back of the hotel, it looked like the safety latch had been smashed off. It had no cooking facilities. We requested an upgrade and paid an extra 50 dollars. We moved into this room which was much better, unpacked then noticed a big hole beside the door… we then moved again, just to next door. The staff were all really lovely. Shout out to Chrissy on reception. It is a stunning place, wallabies hopping around the field with Joey’s in...

"The property is located on a nature reserve, so it very quiet. There are a couple of walks the stargazers is worth doing it is step access so to stay here you do need to be mobile steps to your rooms and to reception it is in the middle of nowhere so if your happy to have one choice of restaurant it is fine"

"We had a wonderful stay at The Mantra. We booked the spa onsite for a massage and it was amazing. We had a connecting room with the kids and the rooms were so spacious with a wonderful view. Internet was dicey, but we did not care. We asked for 3rd floor even after reading the reviews but we loved it. Staff are wonderful too. The walk to the affiliated restaurant for breakfast was alot in the muggy weather but so good. One of the best buffets we have had and we also had lunch one day...
