I prepaid for two nights stay. The Air New Zealand flight was unable to land the first day of reservation and the hotel refused to refund any of the payment. While I could understand that had I been responsible for the missed day, I think some accommodation should have been made since I was not at fault. The parking garage was full by the time New Zealand Air got me to Queenstown the next day so I had to park on an extremely steep public street across from the hotel. I am 70 and am grateful my son was able to help me with the climb to the property. My lesson is not to use third parties like Expedia in the future. I will deal directly with reservations myself.

We had a really nice stay at the Millennium, beautiful beds, nice quiet room, nice peaceful outlook to gardens. Lovely fresh bathroom.

Excellent location! Walkable to tons of restaurants, shops, and hiking trails! Everywhere you turn is stunning. Couldn’t stop taking pictures. The beds were extremely comfortable and the staff was great!

Besides having a beautiful comfortable bed and fabulous shower, it was the perfect location between Queenstown Airport and all the action of Queenstown. Will definitely stay here on my next visit to Queenstown.

Lovely hotel within walking distance of Queenstown town centre and restaurants. Challenging for parking and getting in and out with cars, but staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Rooms are lovely. 24/7 laundry room which is very helpful when travelling with family.
