Perfect location, bus stop to and from airport virtually outside. 5 mins stroll down the hill and you are in the centre of town. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

House keeping was terrible. They never made beds properly or cleaned the washroom fully. There was no body wash for shower when we arrived. We had to wait until the next morning. The housekeeping had to be reminded to refill stock of tea bags and creamer. We were not impressed with the property. The location was excellent rhough.

A very nice property conveniently situated in Queenstown. The room was spacious, well equipped, fresh looking and the bed was quite comfortable. A very nice place to stay.

Everything was great with the property. Clean, maintained, nice staff. My only complaint is the bed which has been an issue with NZ hotels. The king bed is just two beds pushed together. However, The queen bed are fine.

The staff were great and the room had a view of the lake. The hotel has a bar/ restaurant so you can get food drink and coffee. Bus stops are very close and using the Bee card makes travel cheap.
