"We have had a brilliant week at this beautiful villa. The location is perfect, the beach is beautiful and the villa is large and well equipped. The host was very friendly and laid back. Aircon didn't seem to be very effective and it was a warm night which did cool down by the morning. Had a nice dip in the pool in the evening and it's nice that the pool has late access. Saying that, host was very responsive and helpful and answered all our questions. Location was great and house was comfortable. You have to pay for parking on all roads but spaces right outside. "This is a very well appointed appartment with a great view and location. Bright, modern and well-equipped it met the needs of three friends of a certain age perfectly. In better weather we would have sat more on the balcony which is a real feature of the appartment. Add a warm welcome by the owner and the charm of Le Crotoy, and we had an excellent stay."

And most of the place we visited were only 30 mins drive away. "This property is the worst we have ever stayed in. It was filthy, the dishes in the kitchen were cracked and dirty. The stairs to the bedrooms are a ladder and my Mum couldn’t get up and down them. The boiler didn’t work properly and actually broke on the last day leaving us no hot water. There was a smashed window in my daughters bedroom which I told the owner about and he didn’t even respond. This place is not fit to be rented."

"The property is a lovely old fishermans cottage. Set over 2 floors and with an adequately equipped kitchen and bathroom. Close enough to the centre of Le Crotoy to stroll to, yet far enough away from the centre for peace and quiet. This made a great base for our visit to the area. We would definitely stay there again."

"We are enjoyed our stay very much. The flat is ideal for 2 people and had everything we needed as well as being in a superb location. It is worth climbing the 38 steps for the great views of the beach! We found the bed very comfortable and there was no problem with the mattress. The only inaccuracy in the online description was stating that there was a hot tub (we certainly didn't expect one in this type of property.)."
