I considered a lot of options in Bernal but I'm glad I chose this hotel. I felt very safe and cozy. The view of the monolith was unbeatable! The staff were welcoming and breakfast delicious outdoors. My room and the grounds were like a fairy tale!

Hay ciertos aspectos que anuncian que están manejados, por ejemplo el tamaño de la habitación en metros cuadrados, pero cuando llegas el espacio total si es el que dicen, pero el espacio donde duermes es mucho mas chico, y la cama la anuncian como Queen size y en realidad es una matrimonial. Fuera de eso, es un hotel bonito y limpio, pero no cumple con las expectativas de las fotos.

Aunque el check in es a las 15:00 hrs la habitación no estaba lista, hay aspectos de limpieza que hay que mejorar como lavar sillones y barrer y traperar bajo las camas. Al final no entregan pase de salida hasta que no vam y revisan la habitación.

La propiedad en buenas condiciones, el ingreso fue raro ya que cancelaron el pago e hicieron uno nuevo, la persona que realizó la cancelación del cargo original había hecho una cancelación parcial y hubo que esperar para que entendiera que no estaba cancelando el total, después de un rato realizó la cancelación total y estoy en espera de que se vea reflejada en el estado de cuenta.

Pésimo servicio y atención al cliente
Nos fue muy mal, reservé una habitación con aire acondicionado y cama queen y nos dieron una habitación terriblemente pequeña sin aire y con cama matrimonial. Reclamé en recepción y nos dijeron que Hoteles.com siempre ponía habitaciones que no corresponde a lo que se alquila, es decir que ustedes tiene la culpa. Hace mucho que yo uso su aplicación y jamás había tenido este tipo de problemas

Las instalaciones están muy bien pero los servicios dejan mucho que desear. 1-no hay TV por cable solo los 5 canales de tele abierta 2-para usar el jacuzzi hay que pedir lo calienten una hora antes 3-si quieres usar la chimenea tiene costo adicional la madera. en general es bueno, pero un servicio muy promedio y no corresponde a los precios ***El desayuno está bien pero limitado
