Worst Ramada ever stayed at! -15 out and no heat, except for bathroom, in room. No other rooms available due to sports events in city. Staff provided a portable heater that had to be turned off at bedtime due to brightness!

Zero stars. Absolutely disgraceful and not what is advertised online. I wasn’t expecting the Ritz but there is a bare minimum of cleanliness and upkeep that I do expect and this property missed the mark. It was so bad that I cancelled the reservation as soon as I walked into the room. Do better, Ramada.

The Ramada has taken a turn down. Bottle cap on floor in room, bathroom window was open. It took 6 times slamming to get it to close so we could lock it and be safe. The staff was accommodating when we asked for the pool to be unlocked. Sad the hot tub was down.

Very nice overall
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay here. It is, relatively, close to all ammentities required for a quick stay. Very clean and comfortable establishment. The staff was very polite and helpful as well. My only complaint would be lack of parking onsite, near the assigned rooms. Second would be some of the areas on the property lacked adequate lighting at night. However, those are minor and I would recommend this spot for quick trips or work crews.

Our room was not ready at 3 when we tried to check in but was ready by 4. Unfortunately there was garbage left behind by previous guests. There were cockroach traps in the lobby that were quite full of bugs. Pretty gross.

Disappointed that hot tub closes nightly at 8:00 pm. This is not a reasonable time for travellers. Coming from Vancouver, you arrive much later. Have it open until quiet times like 11:00pm, or adult only after 9:00 pm. Breakfast had potential but was disappointed. With 90 minutes left, there were no eggs and the pancake machine was broken.

I didnt like that they allowed customers to back into the building. They did have one little sign way up high but i never heard them ask anyone not to park backwards.
